Volunteer Role (Remote)

Are you enthusiastic about working through details, proficient in follow-through, and enjoy completing tasks? Put your administrative gifts and talents to work! We are seeking an administrative support volunteer who will assist in administrative and systems-based tasks essential to the ongoing management and expansion of ServantCARE.

Hours: Approximately 5 hours or more per week

Location: Work can be done from the comfort of your own home.

Fundraising is optional for this position.

Role Qualifications:

• Is born again and has an intimate relationship with the Lord
• Passionate about interceding for those in ministry
• Dependable
• Proficient at follow-through and fine details
• Comfortable on phone calls and using email
• Competent/teachable in MailChimp, Gmail, Google Drive, and ServantCARE’s platform
• Belief in the power and effectiveness of Biblical hospitality
• Is able to communicate with, and relate to a variety of people & personalities

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with final details of establishing new Hospitality Homes
• Support Expansion Ambassadors’ as they travel to establish new Hospitality Homes
• Assist with onboarding new members for ServantCARE’s platform
• Diligently keep information confidential as needed so as not to compromise those in ministry
• Assist with mailings.
• Write thank you cards.
• Type/data entry.
• Track your volunteer time and submit to ServantCARE leadership monthly.
• Attend annual ServantCARE team meetings
• Use ServantCARE email to communicate, and if necessary, use personal cell

Support Received:

• Will receive a ServantCARE email 
• Direct Line of communication to the Expansion Plus Lead and ServantCARE Director via call, text or email
• In-person or Remote Training & ongoing training, as needed
• Will have access to use the ServantCARE network at any time
