This home offers 5 bedrooms with each having an attached bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 have queen size beds. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed and twin sleeper sofa. Guests have full access to the shared kitchen and living rooms. WiFi is available, each room has TV. Washer/dryer are not available.
Whole House Rental Rates:
November - March: $250/night + $79 cleaning fee. Some blackout dates apply: Thanksgiving and Christmas.
April - October: $297/night + $79 cleaning fee. Some blackout dates apply, no weekend availability unless the booking date is within two weeks.
Available for long term stays only in December-February.
Individual rooms within the home can also be rented out for single guests or couples.
Each room has a coded lock on it with a private bathroom attached.
If guests rent only one room, common spaces like the kitchen, dining, living room and patio will be shared with other guests staying in other rooms of the home.
