Guest Quarter within Host's Home with a Separate Entrance.  Bedroom with a king bed is in a walk-out daylight basement with own personal kitchen, family room (wood burning stove & large screen tv), recreation room (pool table, foosball table), and a hot tub under a private gazebo. Guests bring own groceries and make own meals. Home cannot accommodate children.
