The bedroom has a king bed, writing desk, night stands, armchair, and small single pull-out bed that doubles as an ottoman. The bathroom has a double vanity sink, deep soaking tub, and there is a small closet in the hallway. Washer/dryer/dishwasher. Kitchenette area in great room (kitchen and living area combined) w large porch and BBQ. Perfect for single person, a couple or a couple with small child.
The home is on the Kootenai River, and the mountain and waterfall are behind the home. There is a large porch facing the river, a modest boat launch, and a nice path for walking to and along the river. The home has a portable propane BBQ grill, well water, whole house water filter, and is on dual electric and manual pump. All trash must be taken to the dump (paper products can be burned in the burn can). Toilet paper must be septic safe. House has propane run HVAC for heat, AC, a wood stove, and ceiling fans.
