Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a full size bed. The home is equipped with WiFi, Dish Network TV, a patio with BBQ grill, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine. Laundry facilities can be made available by appointment as they are in the main part of the home.

There is a large backyard with grass and from the backyard you can access a 9 mile green belt path that follows the Snake River. The home is close to beautiful areas of interest such as Crater's of the Moon National Monument (1.5 hours), Yellowstone National Park (2.5 hours), Teton National Park (2-2.5 hours), Jackson, Wyoming (2 hours), and Sun Valley, Idaho (2 hours).

There is a large fish pond in the backyard about 80 feet from the house. Hosts ask that smaller children remain supervised by parents when in the backyard due to the large pond.
