Unhosted home with four bedrooms

This four bedroom home with a pool, sits on 1/3 acre in a suburban neighborhood. Three rooms have a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has a Twin size trundle bed with 2 Twin mattresses. The extra mattress for the trundle portion of the bed is stacked on top of the mattress which can be pulled down to create that extra bed. There are two bathrooms. The home is in a great location, 15 minutes or less drive to local beaches. Other nearby attractions include SeaWorld, downtown, San Diego Bay, Mission Bay, San Diego zoo, Lake Murray, Mount Soledad, Cowles Mountain, and several shopping malls.

Note: there is an on-site attached ADU w own entrance in which the owners occasionally stay.

Regarding Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Food/Meals

Access to the kitchen, guests make their own meals / bring own groceries.
