Unhosted cottage for small family

Beautiful unhosted cottage with a second-story guest studio apartment with a kitchen & private bath. California King bed and loft with two twin beds. Loft is reached by 8 ft. ladder. Balcony with view of Redwoods; deck with view of ocean. Cannot accept any more than 2 small children old enough to climb stairs. Guests will need to bring their own groceries for meals.

NOTE: This property is not serviced by a professional cleaning team. As such, guests are expected to tidy the home on the day of departure and leave it in the same condition it was found, ready for the next guests. This includes (but is not limited to) vacuuming, sweeping, washing linens, remaking beds, and cleaning dishes. If you’re unable to meet this expectation, we kindly ask that you do not submit a request for this home.

Children 5 and up are welcome.
