This unhosted cottage has an upstairs with a queen bedroom with a twin in the room as well. Bath. On the main floor is a king with a bath and a queen futon in the den with a half bath. There is a living room with a fireplace and a den with TV. Pool table in the basement. Bikes in the garage. Laundry access. No internet access. Bring your own groceries. Spacious kitchen for meal prep and eating area down a few stairs.

$30 nightly to the hosts of 2 or more nights. If a one night stay, it is a $50 fee to hosts.
